- Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, data science, measurement science, and/or econometrics
- Proven success in developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions
- Proficient in key analytical techniques such as regression, clustering, decision trees, machine learning, text mining, and mathematical optimization
- Proficiency in analytical applications such as R, Python, Scala, Hive, Spark, SQL, and Excel
- Familiarity with productivity applications like Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Hold a Master's or PhD degree in fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Econometrics, Applied Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Possess business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong scientific research skills
- Active engagement in staying updated with industry developments and best practices
